Our Service Desk based on ITIL offers an individually tailored service to meet your needs. We take care of the 1st and 2nd level support for your IT. To achieve a high acceptance among users, we tackle this role with a proven three step model:

  • Inventory analysis and documentation, where applicable, of the IT infrastructure.
  • Joint Service Desk set-up in your premises.
  • Full ownership and running of the service desk by our staff on our premises via VPN connection.

For the professional delivery of this service we use the AXSOS ITSM SaaS Platform which is based on the CA Service Desk Manager. Optionally, we can also offer you the CA Service Desk Manager as an in-house installation.

IT Process Automation (ITPA)

With IT process automation you can remove a significant load from your employees and free them from repetitive tasks. For IT process automation we use an exceptional tool, CA Process Automation. This allows processes to create Visio-like presentations quickly and efficiently. Through a variety of adapters CA Process Automation provides seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
