AXSOS AG is further expanding its commitment in the Palestinian territories. In cooperation with the office of the Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammed Shtayyeh, the AXSOS Academy was founded, which will enable the training of software developers.
The project is financed by the Prime Minister and the government respectively, the implementation of the content is carried out by AXSOS AG. These are intensive courses over a period of four months. Upon successful completion, the participants will receive a certificate as software developers.
This project is scheduled to run for a period of three years. In a first phase, over 250 students will be trained. In the following two years, the project will scale upwards so that almost 5,000 students will be trained. In spring 2020, the academy will start operations with an initial group of 50 students.
Recognition for the opening of an AXSOS Academy also came from the German envoy to Palestine, Christian Clages: "AXSOS is not only the largest, but above all the most important German company involved in Palestine. And I can only congratulate Frank Müller for investing in a training program that is very future-oriented with the focus on information technology and programming. With such projects we want to achieve something in Palestine!"
