ROLF GEBHARD STEPHAN
CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

His enthusiasm for information technology led Rolf Gebhard Stephan to study computer science and to graduate at the University of Karlsruhe, today known as KIT / Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Since then, Rolf Gebhard Stephan has been working in the IT sector and knows this industry inside out - nationally and internationally. For more than 25 years he has focused on the international collaboration of experts across all cultures. He also pursued this approach at his first company he founded, AD Solutions AG, which quickly established as a renowned international IT service provider with several branch offices in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the USA. Since 2010 Rolf Gebhard Stephan has been COO and General Manager of AXON IVY AG, headquartered in Switzerland, where he is responsible for the internationalization of the company. He is also a co-founder and member of the supervisory board of bamero AG with its registered office in Constance, Germany. Since 2009 he has been working for AXSOS AG as investor, shareholder and chairman of the supervisory board.

FRANK MÜLLER
CEO

Frank Müller has many years of experience in the IT industry. His talent for structuring complex challenges and translating them into solutions with added value is regarded as his core competence. His customers still value this today. In addition to IT security and IT infrastructure, his personal background includes application development. These three focal points are also reflected in AXSOS' range of services.

Frank Müller was particularly influenced by his one-year stay in Palestine. As a development aid worker, his creativity and flexibility was once again challenged by the given situation in the country and finally inspired him to take the step to Ramallah/Palestine with AXSOS.

Through his many years of youth work in the YMCA and his work in Palestine, Frank Müller has learned to put people first. In his opinion, people and their cooperation make the difference in all projects - and thus also decide on success or failure.

Frank Müller has been a shareholder and CEO of AXSOS AG since 2009.
